Just a very quick blog post today as I sit here in the airport in Roanoke, VA.  I know I promised my next blog would discuss liability releases and waivers.  I will post that in the very near future, but did you know that to enforce a horse sale transaction $500 and over it must be in writing?  If you didn’t, you do now!  The written agreement must contain certain elements so ask an attorney for advice when drafting a sale agreement to ensure you are able to enforce it.
