Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission Updates “Rules of Racing – Chapter 45 Prohibited Practices and Equine Testing”

On August 14, 2019, the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission published the unofficial “Rules of Racing” on its website.  Significant changes were made to Chapter 45 which is titled “Prohibited Practices and Equine Testing.”  To avoid penalty, Trainers and Owners must review these changes carefully and ensure compliance.
