For defenders and judges, comfort dogs in court do opposite | WTOP Could this practice cross over to mini horses?

While the majority of my practice is equine law, I do have several cases involving dogs so I find this article interesting.  Mini horses are increasingly being recognized as emotional support animals.  Could this practice cross over to minis in the courtroom too?
